Become a Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer

Roles we offer:
Recruitment Consultant–
We look for bright, loyal and driven individuals who are used to working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal person will be one who has previous/ current experience working as a Recruitment Consultant with technical knowledge. To take on a Recruitment Consultant role, we would be looking for someone who can build their own desk, so we require someone who has previous sales background couple with a proven track record of hitting targets.
In return you will receive continuous support, whilst you build up your desk and throughout your career. You will receive on going sales and technical training along with support from your team and management.
Resourcer–
If the top role sounds great, but you are just not sure sales is for you then we offer Resourcer positions too. We need someone with the same drive and loyalty, but we also need you to have great attention to detail. We need you to build strong relationships with the Recruitment Consultants you work with and keep on top of the outstanding candidates to ensure the process is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Trainee Recruitment Consultants/ Resourcers–
